1. Go to office have briefing and get working area and important information of hotel from PA Supervisor.
准时到办公室开班前会,从主管那里得知酒店的一些重要信息和各自的工作区域。
2. Ensure designated area is properly and regularly cleaned.
保证所分配的区域的清洁质量。
3. Report any faults or maintenance requests to the PA Supervisor or Housekeeping Order Taker promptly.
及时地向公共区域主管或管家部文员汇报任何需维修的内容。
4. Have knowledge of location of outlets and other facilities, in order to correctly direct guests if requested.
了解各餐厅出口的位置和其它设施, 以便在需要时正确地引导客人。
5. Perform cleaning with a minimum disturbance to guests.
打扫卫生时尽量减少对客人的打扰。
6. When applicable, assists guests when working in the elevator areas.
在电梯区域工作时,在必要时帮助客人。
7. Greets all guests with an appropriate greeting and friendly smile.
恰当地问候客人并面带笑容。
8. Maintain all equipment in good condition. Properly store cleaning equipment and tools in their designated storerooms, after every use.
将所有的设备妥善保管，使用后将一切清洁工具恢复原位。
9. Report any malfunctioning of equipment, machines to Supervisor for immediate action.
如有机器设备发生故障，应立即上报主管。
10. Report any loss or damage of linen, furniture, fixture or equipment to the PA Supervisor.
向公共区域主管汇报任何布草,家具,固定物或装置的丢失或损害。
11. Keep Public Area storeroom neat and tidy.
保持仓库的清洁与整齐。
12. Make a progress hand over to reliever before going off duty.
下班前应做好交接工作。
13. Forward all lost and found items to the Housekeeping Office. All items found in the rooms must be reported immediately to the order taker.
将所有发现的客人遗留物品立即汇报给客房部文员。
14. Fill in the room attendant work sheet correctly.
每天准确填写服务员工作表。
15. Water potted plant or flowers when necessary.
需要时给植物或鲜花浇水养护。
16. Follow strictly all hotel, laundry and housekeeping departmental policies and procedure to be able to perform duties and responsibilities efficiently and effectively.
严格的遵守酒店和客房部的政策和流程有效的发挥到工作中。
17. Carry out other tasks as directed by your supervisors
完成你上级交待的其它任务。
